Refund Policy

We totally get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is the lowdown on our return and refund process to make things right!

Items That Can’t Be Returned

There are a few things we can’t take back, like:

  • Perishable goods (sorry, no returns on food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized items (like those special one-of-a-kind orders)
  • Personal care goods (including beauty products)

Oh, and gift cards? Those are non-returnable too.


Starting a Return

To kick off a return, just drop us a message at family@faithandmemories.com. Once we give the thumbs-up, we’ll send you all the details, including a return shipping label and how to send it back. Please don’t send anything back without getting in touch first—we won’t be able to accept it.

Damages and Issues

Got your order but something’s off? If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong thing, let us know ASAP! We’ll get on it and make things right for you.


Exchanges

Need something different? The quickest way to get what you want is to return your current item (once it's accepted), then go ahead and place a new order for the one you want.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re in the European Union, you’ve got the right to change your mind! You can cancel or return your order within 14 days—no reason needed. Just make sure the item is in the same condition as when you got it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget the receipt or proof of purchase!


Refunds

Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If everything checks out, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, it might take a little extra time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still haven’t seen that refund, give us a shout at family@faithandmemories.com.
